Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PrintAggregator handles personal information when you use our website, cloud service, account features, alerts, integrations, and Windows client.
Effective August 29, 20261. Information we collect
Depending on how you use PrintAggregator, we may collect account and business contact information, company and location details, device and printer information, support communications, billing-related account information, and technical records such as IP addresses, timestamps, error logs, device identifiers, and security events.
When a restaurant sends an order through an enabled integration, PrintAggregator may process order information supplied by that restaurant or ordering provider. This can include order identifiers, items, notes, totals, delivery or pickup information, and customer contact information contained in the submitted order.
2. Why we use information
- Provide, secure, and operate the PrintAggregator service.
- Route orders to the correct company, location, device, and printer.
- Provide retry, monitoring, alerting, support, billing, and account-management functions.
- Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and improve product performance.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.
3. Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers for infrastructure, payments, email, SMS/voice communications, security, and operational support. Depending on the features you enable, these providers can include Cloudflare, Stripe, Twilio, and Brevo. Information may therefore be processed outside your province or outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
4. Cookies and local storage
PrintAggregator uses technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session security, account protection, and interface preferences. We do not describe optional advertising or tracking cookies as required for the service. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before they are used.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal or contractual requirements. Retention can vary by data type, account status, and customer configuration. Where available, account owners may use product controls to delete or close data and accounts, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
6. Safeguards
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including authenticated access, tenant separation, encrypted network transport, restricted service credentials, and security logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Access, correction, and questions
You may request access to personal information under our control, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, or raise a privacy concern. Requests should identify the relevant account or organization and provide enough information for us to verify and respond to the request.
Privacy requests and complaints should be directed to the PrintAggregator Privacy Officer using the support/contact channel provided for your account. Before broad public launch, the operator should also publish its formal legal business name and dedicated privacy contact details here.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
