Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the PrintAggregator website, cloud service, integrations, alerts, and Windows software.

Effective August 29, 2026

1. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, controlling access granted to staff, and activity performed through your organization. You must promptly disable access that is no longer authorized.

2. Permitted use

You may use PrintAggregator for lawful business purposes and only with systems, integrations, order data, devices, and printers you are authorized to access. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or licensing controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Windows software

Subject to your active account and plan, PrintAggregator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Windows client for your authorized business locations and devices. The software may connect to the PrintAggregator cloud service to receive jobs, report device/printer status, verify licensing, and deliver operational functions.

4. Customer data and integrations

You retain responsibility for the data you submit or cause to be submitted to PrintAggregator. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that data and to connect third-party systems. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, availability, APIs, and policies.

5. Plans, billing, cancellation, and taxes

Paid features are billed according to the plan and price presented at purchase. Applicable taxes may be added. Unless a different cancellation rule is stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and access remains subject to the paid service period and plan rules. Fees already earned for a billing period are not automatically refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Service availability

PrintAggregator is designed for reliable order routing and printing, but internet access, local networks, Windows, printers, third-party ordering systems, and other dependencies can fail. You are responsible for reasonable operational backup procedures at each location. We may perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, abuse, material breach, or threats to the service or other customers. You may stop using the service and close your account subject to billing, retention, and contractual obligations.

8. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every order, alert, network request, device, or printer will operate without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any negotiated order form or written agreement with the customer prevails over conflicting general terms.

9. Governing law

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, together with applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction.

10. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms should be sent through the PrintAggregator support/contact channel available to your account. We may update these terms as the service changes; material updates will be identified by a revised effective date or an appropriate product notice.
